Maldives

Picture a calm blue sea lapping a white sand beach under a warm tropical sky. You look for something to see on the horizon, something to attract your attention, but there isn’t anything. So, you settle back and do what Maldives beckons you to do … relax.

The Maldives is a chain of sea-level islands, off the southern coast of India, known for sunny skies, tranquil waters and luxurious resorts. Sure, you could get up and go sailing, swimming, snorkeling, or scuba diving. The waters are rich with marine life, including manta rays, turtles, sharks and even the world’s largest fish, the whale shark. You could be dazzled by the colour and variety. Or, you could just do more relaxing.
